Felicia Gray and Nicole Lundin are the driving force and majority owners of Toss Products LLC. Having both experienced leading from behind in their early careers, now they lead from the front. But it’s truly a team effort with members Rick Lundin and Scott Gray contributing ceaseless hours, wisdom and business expertise to the enterprise. Toss Products LLC was formed by Felicia and Scott Gray in early 2018. Nicole and Rick Lundin became partners a few months later. The company holds patents and trademarks for its recycled paper palette, Paint Plates® in the United States, Canada and the European Union.
Felicia Gray
Founder, Creative Director
Felicia is a true creative and we may never really understand how her mind works. Given any obstacle, she’ll overcome it with imagination, enthusiasm and a work ethic second to none. A commercial artist and teacher with over thirty-five years of experience in leadership roles in gallery management, student mentoring, art direction, graphic arts instruction and visual design, her paint parties often number in over a hundred students. She knows the art market from the inside and envisioned the concept of recycled paper palettes and the company. She managed prototyping, the initial search for manufacturing, logo and packaging design. Felicia has a certificate in Graphic arts from J.M. Perry Institute.
Nicole Lundin
CEO, Marketing Director
Nicole adores business and thrives on data. An internet and product marketer with over twenty-five years in small business, start-up, and Fortune 1000 companies, she has extensive expertise and hands-on experience in strategic planning, project management, operations, web development, e-commerce management, merchandising, digital marketing, research, public relations, and customer support. Her mother gave her the nickname Crusader Rabbit when she was twelve. Nicole has a BA in English with honors from Thomas Edison State University.
Richard Lundin
Sales Director
Rick is disciplined, an entrepreneurial sales and business development professional with decades of developing profitable customer relationships and closing high dollar projects. He’s serious about integrity and mutual trust. He evaluates prospects, identifies customer needs and expectations, and negotiates all of our contracts. He has extensive project management experience and has led diverse teams to deliver effective outcomes throughout his career. After years of serving in executive positions in hand tool product development, manufacturing and distribution as a founder responsible for the development, introduction and sales of the patented CenterPoint® line of center finding tape measures to the DIY construction market, he’s discovered he likes art better. Rick is a US Navy Veteran and graduate of Navy Advanced Electronics School.
Scott Gray
Founder, Team Wrangler
Scott is a painter, a potter, a teacher, and a coach with over 30 years of experience in the classroom and on the court. He’s also a talented photographer and web designer. Through his teaching and coaching he’s adept at providing guidance and keeping our team out of the weeds; and always with a wry smile. Scott has an MAEd from University of Portland and a Washington State teaching certificate.
